iMON UltraBay Installation

iMON Inside is used with ATX power extension cable. Even when the PC is power off, the remote control can turn on/off the power.

For PC’s internal power cable and mounting internal USB (VCC/ GND Header in order) users can install easily without any difficulties.

① iMON UltraBay is built into a fixed 5.25” bay

*iMON UltraBay requires two 5.25” bay, without free bay and it is possible to mount and convert at the button of the 3.5” bay. 

② ATX extension cable should be connected to the PC’s main power supply.  

③ The power cable connector of main board is connected to the ATX power cable which is connected to power supply extension cable.  

④ PWR SW, 2pin power cable of the main board is plugged in iMON insider product terminal for SW PWR connected with the main board.

⑤ ATX extension 3-pin cable connects with ST PWR terminal of iMON inside.

Back side of the product after completed the connections.

⑥ Connect product USB cable to the internal gender transformation connection.

⑦ Connected USB pin header inserts to the mother board pin header and completes the installation.

VCC/GND Direction Warning!

Without being considering of VCC/GND directions during the installation, it may cause serious damage on the mother board and iMON product. Generally, the mother board USB connector is provided in the consist way BUT it may be different from various manufactures so please make sure the directors before the connections.
