We invite all users to our new SoundGraph user forums. These forums will eventually replace the old forums in which writing is disabled now. Since the early iMON products launched, user forums have been upgraded along with new iMON products and software updates. A need for better communication with users facilitated the reorganization of the forums, which can support deeper discussions about special topic to the users and developers.

The old forums will be readable for a while, but please use new forums because server migration in the future will disable the old ones. Our new user forums are based on the vBulletin, which is verified as a professional community forum solution. This new forums provide many improved and new features, allowing users to search information much easily.

Once clicking ‘User Forums & Support’ in the main page, forums are shown in categories. 'Me & SoundGraph' is a special forum in which users can talk to SoundGraph directly, especially for the inquiries about products and messages to SoundGraph. Thread posted here is can be accessible only to the posted user and SoundGraph members. 

'Me & SoundGraph' feature is user can use this feature to talk to SoundGraph directly. Thread Posted here is can only viewed by the user who posted the message and SoundGraph members.

Please use ‘register’ menu to join the forum. Registered user can modify personal information and configurations for the use of forums, by using ‘Control panel’ in the forum pages. New user-ID and password is required to be created for everyone including old users, since the password encryption for the new forums is different from that for the old ones. Anyone is allowed to view messages, where as log-in is required to post new message in a forum. Once the new registration, email will be sent for the verification and then your account will be activated when you follow the link in the email. This step is necessary to prevent spam posts in the forum. The process is done manually so please allow 12 hours to finish up your account activation. We regret for this inconvenience.
