Question multiple key strokes using mce remote

I have imon set to mce and using a rc6 remote trying to run xbmc, but when pressing any button on the remote I get multiple key presses instead of 1. I have tried the repeat delay and repeat rate, but they seem to nothing.
Any suggestions?

Dear bolter,

In order to figure out this problem, we need more information. Please let me know the followings.
1. Are you using the universal remote or MCE remote?
2. Does it happen with all buttons?
3. Does it happen when you use the remote within 1 meter and aiming it directly?
4. Sometimes the noise from the electronic ballasts for fluorescent lamps deteriorates IR reception. Check it again after turn off the light and move other IR device away.
5. FW version. You can check FW version in iMON Manager>Option>Version/Update.

Regards,
Johnny Hur

What a hypocritical answer!!!!

You know exactly that this happens because of inferior hardware-design of your IR-receiver, and that there's nothing he can do against this, except cutting the cord to the IR-rec. and using a common mce-rec.

And by the way: CeBit closed it's doors more than one month ago. Don't you think, it would be better to take that ad off your site?

But probably you are once again too busy with "development" of new "products" to keep your homepage actual ....

Greetings from an old "friend"

Dear bolter,

I’m sorry for your inconvenience.
Does it happen when XBMC is not running?
And please check IR signal with test program as follows.
http://download.soundgraph.com/path/Test/iMONTest.zip
1. Close iMON and run “iMONTest.exe”.
2. Press Play, Pause or Stop button. Then, button data and Button Down / Up will be displayed in test program. Let me know what is displayed.
3. FW version. FW version is needed to know which product you have.

Regards,
Johnny Hur
