![]() Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum but if I follow you for several years. Sorry for my English. I bought several years ago a case Silverstone with IMON VFD controller. I've always used the PC as mediacenter with only OS and Mediaportal (along with the software necessary for use as mediacenter) without ever having problems. Last year I migrated from Windows XP to Windows 7, even in this case without problems. Last week I installed WRC2 on PC to play it on TV at 42 inches (HDMI connection) but I immediately found a problem. When the game started the HID driver of the remote control is no longer recognized by the PC and the plug & play always continues to look for a driver. In this way the remote control and the VFD does not work anymore. I tried to install other racing games and I noticed that the problem is always present, but on some games gives less problems and the system is more stable. If I close the game everything is back to normal. The only solution I found to be able to play normally WRC2, is to completely uninstall the drivers and IMON Manager. What could cause this?? My medicenter is composed in this way: All drivers are at the latest version. ASUS P5B-E Intel E6550 2GB RAM 2 TB Hard Drive GE9600 1GB RAM Terratec TV Card D-Link wireless card. standard USB joypad PS2 compatible. supply 350W Thanks for your interest. Dear acky,
When some games or Windows Control Panel’s Game Controllers is running, iMON device is disconnected and connected repeatedly with some models and some versions of iMON hardware. Please check the following FAQ. http://www.soundgraph.com/forums/faq...ts_gamecontrol Regards, Johnny Hur |

Yes, the problem is solved with the EnableDisableiMON File.
Thank you very much. I would ask if in the future this work can be incorporated into IMON Manager or if is possible to have a new driver without this problem. Thank you again. |

Dear acky,
Regret to say, this issue needs the modification on FW but this product doesn’t have FW update feature. And it’s difficult to implement EnableDisableiMON feature automatically in iMON Manager because the timing to run EnableDisableiMON is little bit vague to be determined. Regards, Johnny Hur |
