Default sudden shutdown

Hi,
I bought some years ago an chieftec hm-02 with soundgraph vfd.

The issue is that I have a sudden shutdown, somethings like someone unplug the elettricity.

I had an enermax and I had the problem, so I changed it and I bought a corsair after around 1 year the issues come back again. I changed the psu and now I have an lc-power and problem come back again.

I unplugged the vfd and now I haven't the issue anymore. Of what can be depend? by the cable? by the vfd?

The same happens to me.
I have a Chieftec HT-01 with intern Imon and Imon-Pad since 2009

With this HTPC following sfx power supplies demaged in 3 Years:
1 x DPS-300AB-9C (was original in case)
1 x Xilence SFX 250 W
1 x MS-TECH MPS-400
2 x Be quiet BQT SFX 350W

Every SFX worked for 3-6 Month. Then they all got Problems. If i see it right, they all got the 3,3 V after a while only to 2,6-2,9 V.
Maybe it is really a problem of Imon, soundgraph has to do something.

No other of my PCs has such problems like this.

bye,
thegrobi

No answers by users, nor by soundgraph-Team. From Developer also no answer for Emailquestion since weeks. Is soundgraph really as bad as many times read before?

bye,
