Imon is unresponsive?

Hello
I have had Imon working fine for some time but today for some reason it just stopped responding.
I am using the ultra bay/.

I have installed the lates version of Imon which updated.
For some reason the remote will do nothing, it will not open the dvd rom, change volume, correspond with programs such as vlc. It does nothing

the one thing it will do it turn the pc off?

does anyone have any ideas?

I am running win 7 64 bit

Dear snaggle,

I’m sorry for your inconvenience.
Please try AC reset (Removing power cable from the wall and re-connect it) and re-connect all cables for iMON HW and connect it to other USB ports including the externals.

If the problem continues, please let me know the followings.
1. In your other thread, you said that it had a problem but it started to work. How did you make it?
2. Open Device Manager and check which device(s) is added to Device Manager when you connect iMON HW.
3. FW version. You can check FW version in iMON Manager>Option>Version/Update.
