And I want to know , where I can download driver for windows 7

Dear zann0t,

Please try to install the latest version of iMON.

It will install driver for RSC remote as well. If the problem continues, try followings.
1. Run “InsDrv.exe” file in “C:\Program Files\SOUNDGRAPH\iMON\system\driver” folder.
2. Install driver manually again with driver files in “driver” folder.
3. Connect iMON HW to other USB ports including the externals.
