Problem with thermaltake display on dh 202

hi guys,
can someone help me with this i think hardware problem
i have thermaltake dh 202, gigabyte motherboard GIGABYTE GA-890GPA-UD3H completely new built system (not finished yet, havent installed sata hard drives and windows too) and i have two little problems.
when i turn on the case, he goes to bios (cos no OS yet) but the there is a blue led by the sd card reader lights the whole time on and also the display lights on the whole time and nothing changes. could it be that i made wrong connection on the motherboard? what i find also weird is that the little power cables, for eg. dh 202 doesnt have the reset sw even thought it says in the manual.
can anyone help me resolve this problem. THANX
