Dear Nitro84,

Please try to change the battery with new one. And insert new battery after waiting 1~2 minutes.
If the problem continues, let me know FW version. You can check FW version in iMON Manager>Options>Version/Update.

Thank you for your answer and sorry for my english

I try to change the battery but its doesnt work .I think it is not possible the problem comes from battery because all other buttons work perfectly Except the mouse ( Pad ). and i have already the last version of imon manager .
Maybe its windows seven 64 bits or a software wich create a conflict with Imon manager .. I don't know ...

Have you got other solution pliz ? Thank you

Dear Nitro84,

I’m sorry for the late reply.
Although you didn’t say FW version, I think that you may have the product that mouse function is working via HID mouse driver. With this product you can use mouse without running iMON.exe.
Please try to compare when iMON is running and not. And It seems that the possibility of remote problem itself is much higher. If your warranty is valid, contact with the shop you bought this product and request the replacement.

Regards,
Johnny Hur

Dear Nitro84,

Mouse function of Pad remote can work without iMON SW. It directly uses HID mouse driver. Because the same thing happens when iMON is not running, it seems that the remote may have some problem as I said before.
