program the text in the fdisplay

Hello :)

Im just about to buy the http://www.origenae.co.kr/en/htpc_m10.htm and i am wordering if it is possible to program the text in the display?
My preferred programming language is c#. I hope you can help me.

I just mailed origenae, and they said that i was you product they you in the chassi, and i think it is the "HTPC ODM/OEM VFD" that are used.
