Runtime error

I have instaled the application on windows 7.
I have tried the version delivered with my ZALMAN HD 500 series and the latest release of your web site.
and i have the same error : runtime error
Program : c:\Prgram files (x86)\SOUDGRAPH\iMONAUDnldMng.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusal way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.


I have this message all the time, i'm starting my computor and the remote control does'nt work.
