iMON Pad buttons dead

Hi there,

When I'm using the iMON pad most of the buttons work fine when pressed and the transmit light flashes. However, I have discovered that two blocks of buttons don't work: Pause, Rewind and Previous and Red, Thumbnail and DVD. There is no reponse from the PC and the transmit light doesn't flash. I have swapped the batteries for fresh ones with no success.

Does this sound like a hardware fault? I've only had the unit for a few months and have hardly used it.

Dear coconut3,

If the transmit light does not flash for some button group, it seems to be a hardware fault. You need to get RMA where you purchased it.
