Hi,
I have an Antec Fusion remote black case with SG Imon IR and VFD.
I'd try to install drivers but there are some errors. System doesn't recognize harware.
With normal install i have the system message for trouble code error 43
If i try to install driver manually, i obtain system message for trouble code error 10
At all, imon manager doesn't find any IR receiver, but i think it's due to the drivers intall.

OS: Seven 32 Familly Premium System doesn't recognize hardware
Case : Antec remote fusion black
VFD: Always turn on. No message displayed
IR: Only turn on button does something
Drivers: Antec, SG many version and no change for troubles.

I'd try on seven 64 RC and the troubles where the sames.

Could you help me please, i don't know how to test is there are hardware or software issues?

Thank's

ps: Sorry bu English is not my natural language

I think I may have the same problem in a Chieftec HM-02 case:

I did a clean Windows 7 64-bit install and installed the iMON/iMedian Software right afterwards

There is one device in the device manager which shows as Unknown Device. When I look into properties I see the error code 43.
When I uninstall the drivers and manually install the drivers from the 7.77 package, it still shows as unkown device, but this time with error code 10.

When I start the iMedian I get the error message 'iMON Receiver not installed'. iMON shows with a yellow ring.

The remote contol doesn´t work except for the power button: booting up and shutting down works fine, hitting any other button shows no reaction on the display.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,
K

Dear All,

I’m sorry for your inconvenience.
I think that there is some problem on USB cable or connector of your iMON HW.
Power-On feature of iMON HW does use USB function.

Please try to connect to other USB ports including external ports.
If the problem continues, please contact the shop you bought iMON product and request the replacement.

I already tried all other internal USB-port, but without success. I contacted Chieftec yesterday and asked for replacement. I may get it sometime next week, will let you know if it is fine then.

Nice weekend,
K

Hi,

just wanted to give an update:

I replaced the VFD last night and what can I say: works like a charm now. I guess there was something wrong with the hardware.

K
