IMon inside CM Multimedia Value Pack

Hello,

I own a CM-media 260 with the multimedia value pack, which includes a imon VFD with IR and USB interface.

I would like to know, whether it is possible, to get technical information about the software-interface behind the USB?

I would like to build some linux drivers, that play together with the imon board.
I'm willing to sign a closed source agreement for your informations.

If that's not possible or not wanted, could you please send me a datasheet of the VFD-Display, so that I can replace the controller board?
I like the iMon products, but I'm not willing to use any windows!

Dear Geronimo,

We officially does support only Windows system and we could not open the protocol interface between software. However some 3rd party developers hack the protocol and made Linux driver already.

Hi,

Just for completeness, lirc 0.8.6 has very good support for imon. The driver included in that package also adds support for the various LCD/VFD displays.
