Imedian HD stop working

I have a HTPC Windows Vista Ultimate running Imedian HD 7.20.0502 without any problems. However if updated to a newer version, Imedian crashes immediately. I've tried installing and updating to all versions available up to 7.77.1022 without any success. Every single time I tried to open Imedian, a pop-up shows up stating that Imedian stop working and needs to be closed. I do reinstall version 7.20.0502 and it worked flawlessly.

I have tried with Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 and SP2, Registry cleaning and installing Imedian in different drive with same results. :confused:

As I said, this only happens with Imedian releases after 7.20.0502. Your help and suggestions are welcome.

Dear Boricuaguerrero,

From 7.60 version, there was an update for media playback engine.
I think it may cause this problem in your system.
Please let me know what kind of codec software is installed.

And the best way to solve this problem is to re-produce it in our test lab.
But if it doesn’t happen in our test lab, we may need your help.

Then I’ll send the test version that makes a log file.
