No EQ, volume control when playing mounted image.

I have a problem when i mount a File in Daemon tool, and play it. the EQ doesnt go into effect, it stands likes no sound is comming out, i cant control the Volumne on my DH102 remote or volume button on the cabinet..

I then notice on my reciver, that it goes to Dolby Digital only, instead of haveing the possiblilty to choose Dolby Digital 2 movie, music etc etc.. so is it a function in Imon or a Codec issue?? plz help its a pain :/

okay, i will try and refrace it..

I use Imon with my thermaltake dh102.
I run Windows 7 and use Windows Medie Center for playing Videos locally and from DVD/Blu-ray Drive.
When i play a .avi video everything is fine.
When i then try and start a Mounted movie, a .iso, .img etc, with daemon tool, i cant control the volume on the Remote, or the dh102 cabinet, i can see the volume goes up and down, but the Actual Volume doesnt change..
Its only connected with a HDMI cable that gives sound and picture..

Its REALLY annoying..
I just start the movie from the Medie center, and then it mounts the file in deamon tool, and then when it starts playing it freezes the EQ and i cant use the volume as stated.. its a REAL pain!
