Hi soundgraph team,
honestly I'm disappointed due to the fact that I bought some years ago a D-Vinyl 2020 and after a few club sessions it's dead!! We are not talking about more than 20 sessions!
To get support is nearly impossible. I tried everything to get the machine running again.
What I know is that the internal power suply unit is down. I tried to get some spares.. forget it! You guys are the only ones who can help me out of this situation.
Is there a chance getting some spares over to me or can throw the dvinyl away and can clearly say that I wasted my money?
