Zalman HD160XT Plus don`t work

Zalman HD160XT Plus don`t work. After reinstall OS (Windows 7 x86) it have not detected hardware. I have yellow ring on indicator iMon and "unknown device" in USB controllers. Handle install driver don`t work. Firmware version indicates 0xfffffff. How I can restore working system

Dear tayalex,

Yellow ring on iMON indicator and FW ver.0xffffffff means there might be problem with USB controller or USB cables.

Please Open the case and check,
a. USB Cable is in good condition i.e is not broken.
b. check USB cables connected properly to the USB port.
c. Try Change USB ports to which USB cables are connected and Check iMON indicator can detect USB connected by changing color to blue.
d. Shut down the system, remove main power cables for a while and restart the system.

Many thanks! I have solved my problem by reconnecting main power cable. After it all drivers have installed normally.:)
