Update not working (GMC AVC K1 CASE)

Hi,

I'm running iMon on WINDOWS 7 32bit and all latest updates is wrong ( 7.61-7.77)...
(remote controller not working)

Last good software is 7.60 ...
Why ?????

( I have GMC AVC K1 Chase :

Hi,

I'm running iMon on WINDOWS 7 32bit and all latest updates is wrong ( 7.61-7.77)...
(remote controller not working). I went to your case manufacturers website and it looks as if you have an almost identical Remote control to the one that came with my Antec case (a RM200) and I'm using Win 7 so this update definitely isn't incompatible with your remote as mine works fine with its remote. Did you uninstall the old version of iMON and reboot before installing the new version (that's what I did)? Have you tried resetting the remote to iMON PAD (under iMON Manager settings)?

Finally, that case looks to have lots of extra buttons and 'bells and whistles' so have you tried removing any other case speciifc software other than iMon to make sure it's not conflicting while testing the remote? If iMon is doing all the controlling of these buttons, maybe your product manual for the case is some help as to how to upgrade iMON?

Please let me know the followings.
1. After update, does VFD work fine?
2. After update, do the front buttons on PC case work?
3. FW version. You can check FW version in iMON Manager>Options>Version/Update.

1. Yes Vfd is Ok :)
2. No all buttons does not respond (case & remote )
3. I installed new Windows (Win 7 Ultimate 32bit) and imon ver 7.77.1022 Fw 0x49...
Imon doesn't work ...

7.60 is ok :) 7.61-7.77 is wrong..

Yes i reset the imon pad and the remote controller does not responses.... :' (
I uninstalled all old version and the problem lasting... I reinstalled the windows and imon not ok (7.77) :'(

7.60 is ok...

Dear All,

We have tried to solve this problem (The remote only works with 7.60) and a user who has helped us to re-produce it said that the remote work with the test version. Please check this problem with the test version and let me know the result. You have to install 7.84.0202 Beta version before overwriting test version.
