View Full Version : VFD Error on Shutdown my Antec Fusion

Hallo,

the vfd in my Antec Fusion chrashes when i shutdown my computer (Win 7 x64). Yesterday i installed the new 7.77.1022 Software but the problem is the same. The display shows a lot of Triangles. When i try to start my HTPC with the remote control the ir-receiver don't react. I must switch the power off and on and start the computer by hand.

Hi,

i installed the FW yesterday evening again but it's the same error. While and after shutdown the displays shows the current date and time. This morning it shows only triangles und there is no reaction for commands (Power on) of my remote. I have to switch the power off (till there are no sign on the display) and on with the Powerbutton on the rear of the computer. After restart the computer with the powerbutton on front the remote control will work.

I’m sorry for your inconvenience.
Please let me the followings.
1. FW version. You can check FW version in iMON Manager>Options>Version/Update.
2. Are using other remote in the room your system placed?

Hi,

the FW Version comes today on evening. There are three other remote controls in the same room. I'll test the reaction of my htpc for these controls on evening.

Hi,

my FW-Version is 7.77.1022.

I've tested my other remote controls by pressing the most buttons when my htpc is off, but there is no visible (on display) reaction.

If the display is in the failure state it is possible to start the htpc with the remote control, but the iMon-Manager starts not correct. The IMon-Manager button on the desktop is not visible and there is no reaction on right mouse button down on the IMon-Manager symbol in the statusbar. The process iMon.exe can't stop with the TaskManager. The only method for react is to shut down the computer and switch power off. Then the htpc can be started and operate with the remote control.

Dear DAU0815,

7.77.1022 is SW version.
You could find FW version underneath SW version.
Please let me know FW version.

I think that your iMON HW has some problem.
Please contact with ANTEC and request the replacement.
