I'm using Moneual MonCaso 932 case with TV, DirectTV receiver and audio receiver.
I have universal remote configured to work with all these devices and with activities like 'Watch TV/PC' and 'Watch DirectTV'.
When I change from DirectTV back to PC and PC is ON remote sends ON code to all devices used in PC activity if some device is in ON state - nothing happens if it's OFF - it turns ON.
But for that we need a different ON/OFF remote codes because iMON goes off every time I switching from DirecTV to PC when PC is ON.
It's just one scenario...

So we need to be able to send just ON IR code which will NOT turn off device if it's powered on already and OFF IR code that will not turn ON device if it OFF already.

But I think it must be supported on hardware level...

Dear Marsianin,

Try as follows.
1. Don’t assign “Power” button to power management function in iMON Manager>Settings>Windows Command>Power Management Command tab.
==> It will make PC will not be turned off with “Power” button but you can turn on PC with “Power” button.
2. Assign other button to power management function.
==> You can turn off PC with this button.
