Hello
has no one of the support an idea?
I suggest around with for 2 months with the product and have completed any assistance from other users.
It is ultimately so, that USB drivers for Win7 x 64 from soundgraph is not located. The LCD Display is installed as USB Mouse and Keyboard. A help from support would be interesting not only for myself but also for many other users here.
The product shows nearly good, but have a driver problem and the support answered in a bad time.
So I can´t tell my friends to buy it.
Sorry for my English, I'm German.
Greeting

Hello cc-man,
i have the same Problem and i com from Germany, too.
My system is similar to your:
ANTEC Fusion Remote Max + Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
A790GMH/128M with an AMD Phenom X3 705
4GB OCZ DDR2, 250GB + 2TB HDD
Installing Imon is not possible! In the middle of installing it breaks with "Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable"! Imon writes, but "installation success. " After a reboot, does not start imon! I subsequently have tried the "iMON_Patch_7_91_0929_Beta" to install but without success. Something like that with you, or similar?
It's really annoying that such a great system with a current 64-bit operating system is not running. When will help support us by?
For a product of AVIRA there was a similar problem installing on a 64bit system. The solution here was a preinstall file, so that the system was prepared for the installation. Then, the software runs flawlessly. Could this be a way for you?
Well, as we said, we desperately need professional help here! ... but otherwise you're always so quick with small adjustments ... please
best regards from Germany

Dear cc-man,
I’m sorry for the late reply.
I think you may set “FrontView mode” to “System Information”. If “FrontView mode” is set to “System Information”, iMON doesn’t display graphic EQ or median information.
Please try to change FrontView mode to “Auto Mode” in FrontView window. You can pop up FrontView window by running “App. Launcher” and selecting “FrontView” with the remote or right-click iMON tray icon and or clicking “iMON Utilities>FrontView”.

Please try to install iMON again after uninstalling iMON and "Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable". And currently iMON has some problem on weather information. Please check the following thread.

for two days, my display and ir-receiver worked and then the devices-disappeared from the device-manager?
does the problem described here only exist on 64bit systems?
