I know, it is a minor bug, but a bug nonetheless...

I set up an HTPC and have the Haaapage 2250 dual TV tuner. It has a remote to work with Vista media Center. In setting up media center, I cannot get Media Center to recognize the TV remote. I have trobleshooted it and the Veris remote is overpowering it. I have a great investment in this system and it does not work.
How do you work this around with instructions to do so? I want the media center to work,,,
I am not pleased with your product and software I eithe need a solution or my money back!!
