Hi everyone!

I have just purchased a DH103 with LCD display. But I can't get the LCD to work. It says "H/W is disconnected" down to the right, but the remote control works to turn the PC off or on... Also the button on the chassis works when turning on/off. But otherwise the buttons/volumectrl/remote control doesnt work for anything else...

Im pretty sure I have installed the LCD screen correctly onto the "EVGA Nforce 750i FTW"-motherboard, and I have installed the latest iMON/iMEDIAN HD software:

http://www.soundgraph.com/Eng_/Supports/BoardView.aspx?topMenu=4&leftMenu=1&subMenu=1&dataID=150&currentPage=1&searchFiled=BoardID&searchString=

The remote control is one Thermaltake RC, and as I mentioned, it works to turn the PC on or off, but nothing else.

I use Windows XP 32-bit, and I use the Logitech Z Cinema speakers.

if anyone has any comments that could help, I would greatly appreciate it! Its an expensive chassis, and so little support pages to find :(

Dear bme081,

If only power on/off feature works, there're two possibilities;
- iMON hardware driver is not installed correctly.
- iMON hardware USB connection is not correct.

If you connected correctly the cables related to the power(the power switch cables from PC chassis/to motherboard and 24/3 pin ATX power gender cable), the power on/off function works correctly even USB connection is not correct or iMON device driver is not working correctly.

Please check the driver installation and iMON hardware USB cable connections.

Thanks,

uhm, ok seems I hadn't connected the hardware properly here, hadn't connected the USB connector. The thing is, my motherboard (EVGA 750i FTW) seem to have only one internal USB connector place... So I thought that since I had allready connected the two USB ports infront of the chassis, the USB thing shouldnt be there.. But of course it should xD So now I have to choose between having the two ports infront of the chassis or having the media lcd display working, which obviously is more important, so Ill have to live without the two ports infront :/

Allthough I figured out my own noobishness this time, your answer was very good, thanks slash!

Btw got any tips on how to get those ports infront to work still? Are there any such thing as an internal USB hub, etc? Think Im gonna check that out, would be nice to have those ports working
