silverstone + vfd - not working!?

Hi!

I have a silverstone ml02 incl. vfd. I can install iMon on Vista and on Win7 and the remote control is working fine.

My problem is the display. It shows nothing!

I can turn the display in the iMon-Software (FrontView section) off, no problem but then i get no infos or the equilizer!
When i say automatic or always on, then the display is on but it seems that every pixel is on. so the display glows but i can't see something moving or text.
when i turn off or on the contrast, the display never reacts. it seems that the display gets permanently power from the usb connector.
i tried to put the display on another usb connector but no change.

maybe, i make a mistake. can you help me? thx

ps: software-version is: 7_60_0521 and the behavior is on vista and on win7!

We released the update yesterday. Check this issue with this version.

And if the problem continues, please let me know more information.
1. Does it happen when you close and run iMON again?
2. Let me know FW version. You can check FW version in iMON Manager>Options>Version/Update.

I updated my FW to 7.77.1022 but nothing changed.

I also rebooted and restarted the app, no change

Take a look at the pic and you can see how it looks like...

"run frontview if imon starts" = never,
then is the display-light off.

please help...

I updated to Version 7.78.1125.

If i set the display to automatic (FrontView Options), the Displays dims for a second and then it's only on too.

So, no change in the behavior of the display.

I’m sorry for your inconvenience.
Please try again after AC reset. (Remove AC power cable from system and connect again) Even after AC reset, if it still happens, please check the following thread. Some users reported the similar problem with yours.

i use the imon at the silverstone LC16M pc case, i have another problem recently, when i use the imon software and the TV display the frontview setting box (auto mode, .....) automatically & i click escape or close the setting box and it will display the same setting box again after few seconds. The software working normal before but i don't know what happen. i try to setting the the option in the imon manager and cannot find any setting to stop the frontview setting display automatic again.

I have exactly the same issue on a vanilla install of Win7 64 with the latest versions of imon drivers.... not happy

Dear jak-o,

Please check display with test program as follows and let me know if it works or not.

1. Close iMON and run “iMONTest.exe”.
2. Click “VFD Display Test” or “LCD Display Test” button and click “Send On state” button.
3. Check if Text and EQ are working with send button.
