Hi there,

about 2 months ago, I purchased an Antec Micro Fusion Remote 350 with integrated LCD. However, from one day to the other, the LCD stopped working properly - I now only get a blank screen without any information on it, i.e. only the backlight is on. Suddenly the software menu doesn't show the "Front View" point any longer. And I can't start the computer with the imon remote control.

I tried several things: 1. I disconnected the power plugs from the Lcd / from the wall and let it unplugged several minutes. 2. I tried different USB ports on the board 3. I formatted the whole drive and installed everything again from the scratch

But nothing works, the display stays blank. So I guess there is something broken. Antec wants me to send in the whole chassis, but it is the only one I have and I am not really willing to wait a few weeks not being able to watch TV etc. So I wanted to know, if it is possible to replace ONLY the LCD? I would take it apart and send it in. Or is there any other way? I am really angry, because after 8 weeks it should not be broken! Very disappointing!

Dear LCDFriend,

I’m really sorry for the late reply and your inconvenience.
First of all try AC reset again and re-connect all cables for LCD module.
If it still has problem, you should contact with Antec and replace it through Antec. I think it may be fixed with replacing LCD module. But I don’t know much about R&D policy of Antec. Please check it again.

Regards,
Johnny Hur
