Hello all,

iMON Manager ver 7.64.0930
Firmware 0x380102 LCD HID OEM

Windows 7 RTM (also same results under windows 7 7100)

I have the included iMON product with my Antec Fusion Remote 350 (Veris RM100 remote).

The LCD will light up, but does not ever display anything. The unit seems partially functional. I can power on the unit, change volume and mute. The additional buttons seem to do nothing. (Veris RM100 remote).

Antec's documentation about the product is sparse.

What is the actual soundgraph product that is installed in the Antec FusionRemote 350 case?
I downloaded the latest iMON from the soundgraph website, was that an incorrect step?
Any ideas regarding the LCD?

Dear monkeyluv,

It seems need to divide it into two issues; One is that LCD displays nothing and the other is the remote works partially.

1. LCD Display.
Currently, a few users report this issue and we are now investigating there's something communication problem between iMON hardware and Software when initialization. If we find the reason and the solution for it, we'll add it to next release.

2. Remote
if only the power, volume and mute button work properly,it's strange. How about the volume knob on the ANTEC Fusion case? Does it work correctly? And how about the "Enter" and "Back" button? As illustrate in the FAQ (http://www.soundgraph.com/forums/faq.php?faq=sg_sw_imon_manager#faq_faq_imon_manage r_remote), these two buttons will work correctly, if driver works correctly. First of all, please check these two buttons work on Notepad.exe. (Open Notepad.exe and press Enter button.)

Thanks a lot,

Thank you for your reply. The original issue is now resolved. The ribbon that connected the LCD to the board (under the backlight) was not properly connected. Also, this unit does not have a volume knob (It's a Micro). This resolved the LCD/Frontview issue. I did a fresh install of the OS and iMON.

The only outstanding issues:
The contrast will not change. I can move the slider left and right, but it stays at the same setting regardless.
The LCD slips off of the backlight on the upper left. I may just glue it in place.

What is required on a motherboard to support the LCD for this case?
