I've been reading through the forums and I'm starting to get pretty frustrated with this product. I recently updated my system (Antec Fusion Case & Gigabyte GA-E7AUM motherboard, Nvidia Geforce 9400, realtek audio) from Vista 64 to Windows 7 x64 (RTM) and IMON no longer works. It worked fine with Vista, but in Windows 7 I can see .exe file start up, but it quickly quits right after start up. I've updated every driver in my system to see if it would help but it's still not working. It's the most frustrating thing to have to use a mouse with my HTPC. Has anyone had the same problems? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this fixed?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dear regrap,
We’ll release the update applying Windows 7 with the installation version on Oct.22.
Currently we’re trying to solve the problems related to Windows 7.
In order to solve your problem, the best way is to re-produce this problem in our test lab.
But if we fail to re-produce, we may need your help that runs test version and sends back a log file to us.
If it is not bothering you, please send email to Johnny.hur@soundgraph.com.
I’ll really appreciate your help.
Regards,
Johnny Hur
I had been running Win 7 RC for a while after upgrading from Windows Vista and the iMon client was working fine. Once I upgraded to the final version of Win 7 64bit, I started having this same problem where the iMon software wouldn't start. I tried cleaning out those registry keys that seemed applicable and reinstalling the iMon software, but so far nothing seems to help.

Dear blot,
Please send email to johnny.hur@soundgraph.com.
Then, I’ll send the test version to you.
Although it needs some test, regrap checked that it worked.
Regards,
Johnny Hur
