Some buttons of RM-100 are not working

Hello,

The following buttons on my RM-100 remote are not working:
-The green button
- Previous
- Play / pause
- Next

I'm using:
- iMon Manager ver 7.90.0702
- iMon Firmware ver 0x380102
- LCD HID OEM

As a result of searching in other posts :
- Tried closing iMona and test with iMONTest: no result
- Tried removing the batteries for 2-3 minutes: no result
- Tried connecting to another internal USB connector and to an external connector: no result
- Tried to restore settings using iMon manager: no result
- Check: In iMon manager I've selected the iMon Mini remote.
- Check: In the device manager all three devices have the same VID and PID:
HID-compliant device: HID\VID_15C2&PID_0038&REV_0001&MI_01
HID Keyboard Device: HID\VID_15C2&PID_0038&REV_0001&MI_00&Col02
HID-compliant mouse: HID\VID_15C2&PID_0038&REV_0001&MI_00&Col01

My configuration:
- Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, 4GB memory
- Asus motherboard M2A74 AM SE
- Antec Micro Fusion 350

What more can I do to make these 4 buttons working? Is it possible that my remote is broken?

Dear mitchuhl,

If only 4 buttons doesn’t display IR data with iMONTest.exe (Volume Up/Down, Channel Up/Down display IR data), it seems that there is some problem on the remote itself.
Please contact the shop or chassis manufacturer and request the replacement.
