Imon/Imedian help needed

I bought a cooler master case with your hardware/software. The remote will power on/off the pc but nothing else will work. I can't get any applications to launch, etc. I have tried all of the buttons on the remote and no response at all.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:
(1) Replaced batteries in the remote.
(2) Complete re-install of the software (including the latest upgrade)
(3) Complete re-install of Windows XP
(4) The device manager registers the hardware as "SG Remtoe Control Device"
(5) The red led on the remote does flicker when I press a key.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dear tjeter,

It is very strange all other buttons than power button on the remote do not work even though the batteries and remote control itself does not seem have any problem and the driver is loaded without problem.

Even though the same Power button is used, the power on and the power off action is performed totally different way. The power on feature is done in firmware code in the iMON hardware controller chip-set, while the power off feature is in Software way.

Could you please ensure that the power off function work correctly?
And could you please make sure that there's no warning yellow mark in the "SG Remote Control Device" item in Device Manager?

And one more thing, could you please check the [Reset] function in iMON Manager > Settings > Remote Controller page? After this resetting button, all the commands will be reset. please check this reset also.
