I HAVE BEEN USING WINDOWS MEDIA CENTER TO WATCH MOVIES AND LISTEN TO MUSIC BECAUSE THE ONLY THING THAT MY IMON BUILT IN PROGRAM IS GOOD FOR IS TELLING ME THE TEMP AND WHAT MOVIE IS PLAYING AND HOW LONG IT WILL LAST. I GOT SO FEED UP WITH THE REMOTE THAT I AM USING A LOGITECH DINOVO KEYBOARD.

YES I AM SHOUTING , BECACAUSE I WOULD LIKE TO AT LEAST SEE HOW IMEADEAN HD MAKES MY MOVIES LOOK. IF IT DOES NOT SUPPORT A WHS , THEN WHY IS A NETWORKED APPLICATION LISTED IN THE SETUP OF THE IMEDIAN SETUP. IHAVE TRIED TO SET UP MY WHS AND IT TELLS ME NO NETWORK DEVICE DETECTED.

THIS IS THE THIRD QUESTION I HAVE ASKED AND I NEVER GET ANY RESPONSE. YOU GUYS NEED TO CATH UP AND GET THIS CRAP WORKING LIKE IT SHOULD. I WOULD LIKE TO USE THE SYSTEM, BUT I USE MEDIA BROWSER. IT WORKS LIKE A DREAM, BUT HOW CAN I COMPARE IT TO YOUR PRODUCT IF IT DOES NOT WORK FOR ****...

MAXIUM PC WAS RIGHT WHEN THEY GAVE THE SOFTWARE A 4 AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SOFTWARE ISSUES.

In response to your thread's tittle and judging for the bunch of threads without reply i'd say NO!!!! (or they just don't give a s*** about customers). This is the same crap a lot of hardware manufacturers pull out, they refer you to their "customer service" and then to their forums (where other users, no the manufacturer, help you solve your problem) so SoundGraph people, don't say you have a customer service because a public forum ISN'T CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I had myself some questions before buying a case which included their products...but after seeying the "technical support" i'm gonna pass, there are a lot of free software solutions more customizable and more efficient than this one, same for the remote!!!
Good luck Centexbear!
