Hello!

1. First of all, I have found in the RC instruction that the group of buttons with numbers can be adjusted for the user commands, but there is no such options in iMon Manager, there there are all buttons, except buttons with numbers:

2. How to bind start of any program to any RC button?
For example, run Windows Media player by pressing button <My Music> when Median HD it is not running?

3. Is it possible to adjust imon display so that the only time on screen is been displayed (not date and time)?
Same question has been posted in other topic:

Thanks!

Dear dr_GreeN,

1. First of all, I have found in the RC instruction that the group of buttons with numbers can be adjusted for the user commands, but there is no such options in iMon Manager, there there are all buttons, except buttons with numbers:

The RC instruction may not be updated. In order to support the following two features, iMON hardware was modified in year 2007.
1) Support using remote on Windows Login screen.
2) Support triple-tap SMS input via numeric buttons on remote on Windows Media Center.
In order to support above 2 features, the numeric buttons('22' in the picture you attached), * and # button('23' and '24'), and buttons assigned from '5' to '14' in the pictures act via HID mouse driver and HID keyboard driver. It means these buttons could not be assigned to other commands by setting in iMON Manager. These buttons can work only as the functions printed on the remote.

2. How to bind start of any program to any RC button?
For example, run Windows Media player by pressing button <My Music> when Median HD it is not running?

There're two ways.
1) Using Quick Launch button.
- Add the application to be launched in iMON Manager > iMON Utilities > Application Launcher.
- Assign the application as 'Quick launch'.
- If you push the 'Quick launch' button (iMEDIAN HD button), the application will run.

2) Using the Windows 'shortcut key' for Desktop Icon.
- Make desktop icon of the application.
- Launch the 'properties' page of the icon and go to the 'shortcut' tab page.
- Make shortcut key for this icon. (It maybe like Ctrl+Shift+1)
- Add the custom command with this shortcut in iMON Manager > Settings > Custom Command.

3. Is it possible to adjust imon display so that the only time on screen is been displayed (not date and time)?

I already posted the answer to the posted at the link. We'll add this feature to our To Do List and update it in future release.

Thanks and best regards,
