Hello,

three questions:
1) two years ago I have bough Antec Fusion Remote Black case with iPad remote control. Now remote control is broken. Can I replace it with iPad remote control that is available in you online shop? Is new iPad remote control still compatible with front panel that is installed in Antec Fusion Remote Black case?

2) Did you have any information about possibility to use Logitech Harmony One remote with Soundgraph front panel that is installed in Antec Fusion Remote Black case? (link to remote control: http://www.logitech.com/en-us/remotes/universal-remotes/devices/6441). Logitech reported that this Harmony One compatible with iPad remote control, but I very like to have information from your side if you occasionaly tested this compatibility.

3) Is this revision of remote receiver supports MCE remote? I have switched to MCE mode in iMON Manager settings, but nothing happened then I tried to control PC with MCE remote control. Can I some how check that IR receiver properly switched to MCE remote?

System information:
iMON Manager version: 7.89.06222
iMOM Firmvare version: 0x380208
Windows 7 32 bit.

Thanks in advance,
Andrew

iMON Pad remote at our On-line shop also works with your iMON HW.

Your iMON HW supports MCE remote. If MCE remote doesn’t work, please try to reset remote mapping with clicking “Reset” button in iMON Manager>Settings>Remote Controller. And if you have a universal remote, please try to use it after emulating MCE remote and selecting MCE remote in iMON Manager>Settings>Remote Controller. Sometimes the universal remote can’t generate IR signal of Pad remote properly.

Thanks Jonny!

Do you mean 'Reset' button that located at right site from drop-box with types of remote control? I did it several times :(. I did in following sequence:
1. in drop-box switched remote control type to MCE
2. presseed 'Reset' button located at right side.
After that iPAD remote stops working, but MCE also does not work.

Q: Can I some how troubleshoot what wrong? probably MCE controller completely broken, or just send IR signals which are not recognized?

Dear AndrewP,

Please try to
check IR signal with the following test program as follows.
http://download.soundgraph.com/path/Test/iMONTest.zip

1. Close iMON and run “iMONTest.exe”.
2. Select “MCE remote”.
3. Press Play or other button.
3. In normal IR data for pressed button will be displayed in “iMONTest.exe”.
(Let me know what data is displayed)

Hello Johnny,

sorry for long delay, my small child eat all my time :)

I did recommended tests.

- Close iMon manager
- run iMonTest utility
- first press some buttons on iMon PAD remote just to check that utility works. hex codes appears in list. reset list.
- second. select MCE remote in dropdown, and after that pressed all buttons on my MCE remote. Nothing appears in list :(.

I also did simple test to check that IR blaster on MCE remote works. Just look on blaster through photo camera display. When I pressed on button on MCE remote photo camera show that IR blasters blinking (intresting that this MCE remote has two IR blasters). So, I sure that MCE remote send something via IR.

On back cover of MCE remote I found model number: "Microsoft Model:1039". Is it possible situation that some MCE models non compatible with iMon fron panel?

Dear AndrewP,

I think you have MCE remote supported by iMON. Is your remote same with the attached image.
Then if possible, please check MCE remote with the genuine IR receiver. It seems that your MCE remote may have some problem.
