H/W Disconnected

hi!

Ive just bought IMON Knob, when i connect the reciever it starts to "glow".
When I press any buttom on the remote the reciever starts to flash/blink...
Still nothing happens. If I hold the mouse over the IMON Manager in tray is says H/W Disconnected. If I understands the whole problem its the drivers for the Reciver that doesnt work properly.

I run Win7 64bit RC, and Ive read that ppls have made it work in Win7...
Ive spent over 1hour of searching on SoundGraphs website and here and still cant find ANY drivers at all?! WTH?

Dear mozZe,

Could you please check the Device Manager?
Is there any unknown device shown? iMON KNOB device should be shown as "SG Remote Control Device" under "Universal Serial Bus Controller" branch. If there's no this device, please update the unknown driver manually with the folder assigning to the iMON/iMEDIAN HD installation CD.
