I have antec fusion remote max that come with IMON software. I set IMON to emulate MCE remote. I use harmony 880 as MCE remote. However I noticed strange behavior. If I start activity let say "watch HTPC" everything turn on. However if I then open media center, close it go back to regular window and hit OFF button on the harmony, everything (avr and tv) turn off except htpc. If I did not open media center after I start activity, everything is turn off when I hit the off button. I was looking at using anyware MCE remote instead. However, I need to be sure that this problem is not cause by win7 itself. Can someone please help.

Dear gibot,
First of all, please check Power button is assigned to “Power Button (PC Case)” in iMON Manager>Settings>windows Command>Power Management Command.
If so, when pressing Power” button on remote, it does the same action with power button on PC Case.
When HTPC doesn’t turn off, try to press power button on PC Case and compare with remote power button.
And If you assign Power button to “Turn Off” in iMON Manager>Settings>windows Command>Power Management Command, when pressing Power” button on remote, it tries to turn off your system using Windows API.
