I previously was able to cancel the screen saver by touching the touch screen, but now I need to use the keyboard. Might have happened with the August/September update?
Any ideas on how to enable canceling the screen saver by touching the screen (GD-02MT).
Thanks.

No help? Has anyone else had this issue?
Soundgraph, any response/help...other info you need to help solve the problem? One reason for having a touch screen is to not have to reach for the keyboard...which I now have to do!
Thanks......

Dear fpredd,
I checked that in screen saver mode touching the touch screen makes refresh only Touch LCD.
We’ll add this issue to our “To Do List”.
Please check it later.

If you are saying that touching the touch screen only takes the touch screen out of screen saver for now, that's fine, but that is not happening on my machine...Screen saver is active, I touch the touch screen, and the screen saver continues; it does not go back to iMedian HD. I need to use the keyboard to stop the screen saver from running...
If what is happening to me is proper as it currently works, when did that change? I used to touch the touch screen and it ended the screen saver...
Thanks.

Dear fphredd,
If you're not using the latest version (7.64.0930), please try again after update.
But we didn't release the update for this issue.
And currently touching the touch screen doesn't make out of screen saver mode but refresh only Touch LCD area.
We'll add it to our "To Do List", the feature touching the touch screen makes out of screen saver mode.

I am running the latest version as indicated by your email.
When the touch screen goes into screen saver, I can not stop the screen saver by the touch screen, I must use the keyboard. Please advise.

Dear fphredd,
We added this issue to our "To Do List" and it will be applied in the future update.
Please wait for while.
And I said that currently touching the touch screen made refresh only Touch LCD area in screen saver mode. I think it can be different according to Screen Saver type.

You misunderstand my problem, or I misunderstand your answer. I want to refresh the touchscreen area, but it does not. The screensaver continues on the touchscreen until I use the keyboard. To be brief...Touching the touchscreen does not refresh the touchscreen from screen saver mode.

Dear fphredd,
We already add the feature that touching LCD makes out of screen saver to our “To Do List”.
It will be applied in the future update. Please wait for a while.
And currently it doesn’t refresh touch LCD area in your system with touch but it does in our test lab.
I think that it needs more test in various systems.
It will be also checked when you update this feature.

Since it works in your lab (and probably most people's systems) but not for me, is there any information I can provide for you to try and reproduce or track down my problem? Would really like to get it solved so I don't need to use anything but the touchscreen if i don't want to...that's why I paid the extra money in the first place.
Thanks.

Dear fphredd,
Please try to change window level of FrontView to topmost in iMON manager and try again with changing screensaver type to others
And let me know the result and what kind of graphic card you’re using.
