Cannot select IMON PAD in RC menu

Hello,

I have a Silverstone GD01 MX with the IMON VFD and an IMON PAD.
When installing the Remote control in the IMON manager, I can only select
the IMON RC, RSC, MM, and EX. The IMON PAD is not given as a choice.
Therefore, the remote control is not working (except for the On/Off button which works)
I have just found out that might be related to the firmware version (0xffffffff)
If this firmware does somehow not support the IMON PAD, how do I update it.
I have purchased the IMON VFD with the IMON PAD as one package and I expect it to work together!

Dear mattjaeg,

It seems that currently iMON device is not working properly.
Please try AC reset (Removing power cable from the wall and re-connect it) and connect iMON to other USB ports including the externals. And when connecting to other USB port, check which device is added in Device Manager.

I changed to different USB port and installed again and now I can select the IMON PAD.
