Antec Fusion Remote: "hardware not connected"

Hi there,

I just assembled my HTPC with Windows 7 ultimate 32-bit. I'm having big trouble getting the iMON display to work. I downloaded the newest iMON software from your website (7.90.0702) which installed fine, but it keeps telling me that there is no iMON hardware connected. Display just stays black. I tried using other USB connectors, but none of them work.

*Edit* Never mind - forgot to install the mainboard power extension cable...

I have the latest imon software installed on my new Antec Fusion Black Remote case with Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit, bu tit shows that no hardware is installed. I've tried connecting the USB to external ports, but no luck. Is there something else that I need to do?

Did you install the adapter for the mainboard power cable? It connects to the small white plug below the CD Drive bay.
