IR doesnt respond after update

after i installd the new update the remote stopd responding to ir commands but after i rold buck to the older version it works fine
i tryd it agin but it was the same i tryd to reset the remote in the setings but nit didnt help help
by the way the change remote in the setings is grayd out i hae thare only the imon pad is this ok
my fw version is 0x32

the same for me. After update the remote does not work, to be precise, the iMON some times detect up/down but most of the time it does not react on remote. I did not tried to roll back to older version yet. FW version: 0x48

Dear All,

FW version 0x32 and 0x48 supports only iMON PAD remote.
You’re using the old type of iMON product and it can be changed to other remote.

I think this problem doesn’t happen for all other users.
But we need to check this issue with same HW with yours in our test lab.
After check, if there is a problem, we’ll add this issue to our “To Do List”.

The best way to solve this problem is to re-produce it in our test lab.
But it doesn’t happen in our test lab. Thus, we need your help.

Then I’ll send the test version that makes a log file.

We have tried to solve this problem (The remote only works with 7.60) and a user who has helped us to re-produce it said that the remote work with the test version. Please check this problem with the test version and let me know the result. You have to install 7.84.0202 Beta version before overwriting test version.

Thanks for your report. If you have the similar problem later, please let me know it.
Did you have the same problem with robertgr, kalas and McGiverGim?
With the version 7.60 the remote works and with the later version than 7.63 it doesn’t.

OK the test version of imon.exe with the latest beta version works for me
(befor the remote works only with old version of imon+imedian 7.60)

but now, I have a new problem, If I use "turn off FrontView during playback" the remot stop working again.
