LCD only shows blank display

Hello everyone!
I have an OEM lcd built in with my zalman hd503 desktop HTPC. I have the LCD plugged in to the power and the usb is plugged into JUSB1 on my motherboard. These are the only two cables I have plugged in. I have the iMON software installed (I have tried installing it with both the oem CD and the software downloaded from the website). I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the LCD to display anything at all, and the buttons on my HTPC case do nothing at all. What do I need to do to get the front screen to display something (Anything at all).

Dear Logan,

First of all, please check all cable connection for iMON HW again and try to connect iMON HW to other USB ports including the externals.
If the problem continues, let me know FW version and if you can turn on the system with remote. You can check FW version in iMON Manager>Options>Version/Update.
