I recently picked up an Accent HT-400 HTPC case and believe I have connected the VFD correctly but being a newcomer I'm not 100%

I bought a PCI parallel card and have connected the VFD via this, I have also connected the 20 pin adaptor to my PSU/motherboard and the USB header to my motherboard.

I can use the remote perfectly fine, however the VFD will not display any information (even when I first turn the PC on) I have downloaded the imontest program however sending an "on" state to the VFD does nothing.

Wondering if someone can shed some light on what I have done incorrectly?

Dear membreya,

First of all, please try AC reset (Removing power cable from the wall and re-connect it). And if possible, dissemble iMON HW from the chassis and try to re-connect VFD module on iMON HW PCB.
I think that it may come from the defected VFD. If the problem continues, please contact with the shop you bought this product and request the replacement.
