Installation error of iMON

I tired to install the latest version of iMON/iMEDIAN (Ver.7.60.0521 ) under Windows XP.
The next error message appears:

What these may be coused by?

Dear tfodor,

I think that the pre-installed runtime for InstallShield is conflicting with iMON installation file.
Please try to delete “C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\10” folder and install again.
