remonte isn´t working ipad

Hello,

i use a imon VFD display which is working, but the imon pad does not work under win 7 32 bit. The firmware version of my display is 0x87. Is it possible that my display has no ir receiver ?

Sorry for the stupid questions but i bought on ebay a used VFD and also form another seller a used imon pad thinking it will work.

Can anybody tell me, where i can check if there is a build in ir receiver on the display ?

Dear goofy84,

I’m sorry for the late reply.

First of all, please select “iMON Pad” and reset remote mapping with clicking “Reset” button in iMON Manager>Settings>Remote Controller.
If the problem continues, please try to change battery with the new one. When changing battery, wait 2~3 minutes before inserting battery again.
And please open your chassis and check if IR receiving element is bent or cut. The IR element is placed on the right of iMON HW module in front of the chassis.
