Hello!

Help me please with this issue...

I've got a trouble with installing VFD in Windows 7 x32...
Firstly, I've connected cables of receiver to usb and psu cable. Then I've installed the software from CD. I can run iMON Manager, it allows me to chage some key bindings, but such bindings as power and volume don't work. iMedian tells that there is no iMON receiver installed in this system. Device Manager displays no iMON devices installed.
Windows recognizes the receiver as HID device and installs the microsoft driver, when I try to update it with iMON driver from CD - windows tells that there is no better driver than that is installed:(

What can be the cause of such problem?

Configuration of my PC:

AMD Sempron 140\MSI 785GM-E51\2Gb Kingston DDR3\Samsung HD154UI.
I use genuine Windows 7 Ultimate.

I'll be very glad for any help or advice! Thanks!

Dear Ditrich Ubertee,

I’m sorry for the late reply.

First of all, please check all cable connection for iMON HW again and try to connect iMON HW to other USB ports including the externals.
If the problem continues, let me know FW version and if you can turn on the system with remote. You can check FW version in iMON Manager>Options>Version/Update.

And I’m sorry that I deleted your identical thread.

Thanks for your reply!:)

I've tried to connect iMON HW to another usb ports... Without any result:(
Remote pad can work only as mouse... I can't turn on the system with remote. iMON Manager shows such information:
"iMON Manager ver. 4.50.1227; iMON ver. 0xffffffff"
Maybe there is a problem with drivers? Where can i download the latest version of them?

Thanks for help!

P.S. sorry that I've created two identical threads:o

Dear Ditrich Ubertee,

Please try to install the latest iMON/iMEDIAN HD from the link below.
http://www.soundgraph.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6074

Anf for power on, please check all cable connection for iMON HW again, especially from Power button on PC case to iMON HW and from iMON HW to main board power pin.
