PC resumes each time it is powered off

Not caused by IMON, however it looks like it. Logitech BT Dinovo Mini wakes computer with last vestige of voltage in USB BT dongle, so each time you sleep it down, the mouse/keyboard wakes it again..
Fix is under device properties in device manager power managment tab, note Network cards, keyboard and mouse devices all need to not wake computer..
