Soundgrapgh LCD Screen - Evaluation: Disappionting

After being very disappointed with the quality of the LCD display supplied with Silverstone case, I thought I found the silver bullet in the LCD display filter. See link below:

I purchased the filter and installed the dark filter yesterday.

Results: Disappointing!! :rolleyes:

The filter does not improve the contrast between the background and foreground (text) as illustrated in the link above. :(

It does however decrease the overall brightness of the LCD display which means it is not as intrusive in a dark room. :cool:

I would like Soundgraph to answer the following questions:
1. When will an LED equivalent display be released?
2. Will it be pin compatible? (Straight swap)
3. Will Soundgraph supply the new LED display at a subsidised "upgrade" cost at a very reasonable shipping charge? (The shipping charge for the LCD filter was more than the cost of the filter).

I think that if the status without filter is similar with linked image, the status with filter may be similar. But I’m sorry that you’re not satisfied with LCD filter.

Currently we’re developing OLED model. Its brightness and contrast are much better than LCD product. I think we will release this product within this year and the pin may be used with VFD/LCD product. When we have the fixed information about OLED, I’ll let you know it again in this forum later.

We’re also trying to find a way to reduce the shipping cost for the LCD filter. Please wait for a while.
