After an extended period of time or after my computer comes out of sleep mode the IR receiver stops accepting IR commands. When I look at the status of the IMON program in the system tray, it displays the error "iMON H/W is disconnected"
I am running the newest version of IMON Manager.
Is anyone else seeing this or have a workaround?
Others are seeing the same thing at the Green Button.

Dear graham1228,
If you’re not using the latest version (7.64.0930), please try again after update.
(7) [Bug Fix] After waking up from S3/S4, it takes long time for iMON to start to work. And after Keyboard or Mouse action iMON starts to work.
Above issue was applied in 7.63.0831 update.
If the problem continues, please let me know more about problem.
1. FW version. You can check it in iMON Manager>Options>Version/Update.
2. Doesn’t iMON start to work with Keyboard or Mouse action?
3. If you close and run iMON again, does it work?

Sorry to revive an old thread. I just recently purchased an Antec Veris Fusion Remote case and it came with a remote and the iMon software. The remote stops working all the time and the volume controls have never done anything in windows. The volume shows that it is changing on the LCD display on the case as well as on the iMon control knob on my dekstop... but it doesn't change Windows volume. I am running version 8.02.0503 of the iMon Manager software and I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, fully updated.
Any thoughts?

Dear Natilus13,
First of all, please try AC reset (Removing power cable from the wall and re-connect it) and check whether “iMON Pad remote” is selected in iMON Manager>Settings>Remote Controller and try to reset the remote mapping.
If the problem continues, please check the remote with test program as follows.
http://download.soundgraph.com/path/Test/iMONTest.zip
1. Close iMON and run “iMONTest.exe”.
2. Press Volume Up/Down button and playback buttons. If it works fine, button data will be displayed in test program.
4. Let me know which data is displayed and FW version.
And about volume control, you should select the actual audio output device as “Soundcard Device” in iMON Manager>Option>System.
