Just built a new HTPC.
The backlight on the LCD seems is very bright and the blue characters are hard to read. The display does not look like the photos on you web site where the background is black.
Adjusting the contract seems to only alter the brighness of the text but does not alter the backlight.
Is it possible that the LCD is faulty?
Everything else seems to be working OK....
