system turns itself off before it boots

Using the Silverstone CW02 case with built-in Imon.

After installing the Imon software and updating the software via the on-line link, I turned off the system using the remote handset. However, I am not able to turn it back on: the system lights, the hd LIGHT flickers, and then, the system turns itself off; 15 seconds or so later, it turns itself on again and then turns itself off..... over and over without end.

What do I have to do to fix this problem?

Dear Savant,

First of all, please check if all cables for iMON HW are connected correctly, especially from PC case power button to iMON HW and from iMON HW to main board power pin.

And check if Power button is assigned to “Power Button (PC Button)” in iMON Manager>Settings>Windows Command>Power Management Command tab. Then Power button on the remote can do the same action with PC case power button. Please compare the action of Power button on the remote and PC case power button.
