WakeUpOnUSB or Firmware Upgrade?

Hello,

I have a IMon-VFD and I cannot wake up my PC from S3 Standby via IR. I configured my windows 7 so, that the WakeUpOnUSB is enabled (in device-manager). Other devices can wake up my PC from S3 (logitech keyboard, LAN,...). My neighbour has the same IMon-VFD with a newer firmware. This device works with the same settings.
It seems that my IMon-VFD with the Firmware 0x26 doesn't support WakeUpOnUSB. What can I do to support this feature. Can I upgrade the firmware? Maybe I can send it back to soundgraph, so that they can upgrade the device?

Dear thumer,

iMON product doesn’t support WakeUpOnUSB but iMON VFD supports Power-On feature (including wake-up from standby/hibernate) in a different way.
Please check if all cables for iMON HW are connected correctly, especially from PC case power button to iMON HW and from iMON HW to main board power pin. Then Power button on the remote can do the same action with PC case power button.
